l   Support Sales Representative to achieve sales PO and pursue profitable growth at assigned segments and customers

l   Provide effective technical support to solve technical problem at assigned accounts

l   Take ownership for product modification and new application promotion at assigned customers and segments

l   Develop new methods or solutions for new application which includes process and testing set up

l   Co-work with R&D team to define customer needs and new product development

l   Work closely with sales and marketing team to capture new growth opportunities

l   Following company policy, lab operation & management rules to conduct day to day work

Qualifications:

l  Master or Doctor degree on electronic materials or materials science

l   Has more than 5 years technical service or electronic materials working experience

l  Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

l   Good team work and proactive working attitude

l   Demonstrated effective interpersonal and external communication skills.

l   Excellent written and spoken English.

l   Highly frequent travel in China is required.
